Opening hours Reception is open every day midweek from 8.00 to 5pm, except it is closed on Wednesdays.

The NHNC is at Suite 64 on Level 3 in the office building of number 14 on Narabang Way, adjacent to the Belrose HomeMaker Centre.

A referral by fax or email is required before making an appointment for any new patient, and usually needs to be updated annually for partial medicare rebate. Please consider sending an email if the phone is not attended.

Consultation fees (from 1st July 2025) are as follows (and are the same for telehealth or in-person consultations, with pre-payment of telehealth consultations required):

Initial complex consultation (MBS 132) $560, Pension/concession 132 is $390

Initial non-complex consultation (MBS 110) $480 Pension/concession 110 is $285

Follow up complex consultation (MBS 133) $315 Pension/concession 133 is $240

Follow up non-complex consultation (MBS 116) $265, Pension/concession 116 is $180

Botox for Chronic Migraine (MBS 18377) additional $260

Occipital Nerve (GON) blocks (MBS 18242) additional $110, Pension/concession is $85

Please note that these private consulting rooms are not a bulk billing practice and fees will be adjusted annually by CPI.

Telehealth appointments require video consultation.

Late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of $100.

Additional scripts without an appointment incur a non-rebatable fee of $30. Scripts will only be provided if a regular patient of the practice, since prescription medications need regular review.
